The service

PlayLead AI gives sports academies an AI assistant that answers enquiries from the information the academy provides, captures leads, books trial sessions, and a dashboard to manage those leads. Features may change as we improve the product.

For visitors

• The assistant is an AI. Its answers come from the academy's information but may be incomplete or wrong. Please confirm important details, such as fees, timings and eligibility, with the academy.
• A trial booking is a request to the academy. The academy may confirm, change or cancel it.
• When you share your contact details and agree, the academy may contact you about admissions.
• Please don't misuse the assistant, for example by sending spam, abuse or attempts to break it.

For academies

• Keep your account secure. You're responsible for activity under your account.
• You're responsible for the information you publish to your assistant, including fees, batches and policies, and for keeping it accurate.
• Use enquiries only to respond to the person's admissions interest, and respect requests to stop contacting them or to delete their details.
• Follow the laws that apply to your academy, including those on marketing messages and personal data.
• Don't use PlayLead for spam, unlawful content, or to impersonate another organisation.

Plans and payment

Plans and prices are listed on our pricing page. We'll confirm your plan with you before charging you. Prices exclude GST.

Availability and liability

We work to keep PlayLead available and secure, but we provide it “as is”, without a guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will produce a particular number of leads or admissions. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Ending use

You can stop using PlayLead at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put other users at risk. You can ask us to delete your academy's data when you leave.

Changes and contact
