Questions
Does it send WhatsApp messages automatically?
No. Parents chat with the assistant on your PlayLead page. When you follow up, PlayLead opens WhatsApp with a suggested message and you press send. Automated WhatsApp messaging via the WhatsApp Business API is planned, not available yet.
What if a parent asks something the AI doesn't know?
It says it doesn't have that detail and offers to connect them with your team. The question is saved for you, so you can add the answer to your knowledge.
Can it quote fees and book trials?
Yes, from the fees and batches you add. You choose whether fees are shared, how many trial places each session has, and which batches accept trials.
How long does setup take?
Most academies can add their programs, batch timings, fees, trial details and FAQs in about 15 minutes. You can test the assistant privately before launching it.
Do parents need to install anything?
No. The assistant opens in any phone browser from your link or QR code, or on your website.
